How long is rehab and what is it like?
The rehab program you enter depends on where you are in your recovery journey. We offer care at every level—from detox to residential treatment to Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP).
Treatment often begins with 5–7 days of medically supervised detox, followed by 2–3 weeks in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). After that, you’ll transition into IOP, which typically lasts another 2–4 weeks.
Throughout treatment, you’ll be in a safe, supportive environment with 24/7 monitoring and access to expert clinical care. You’ll participate in group therapy, holistic sessions, and case management, alongside peers working through similar challenges.
You’ll also meet weekly with your individual therapist and case manager to explore triggers, strengthen coping skills, and lay the groundwork for long-term healing.
How much does detox cost?
